Office Tour

If you’ve been hanging out on the blog for any amount of time, then I will assume you might also be a fan of planning, organization & productivity. With that said, those of us who love a good set of personalized stationary or fresh new pens, all loooooove a good office tour!! Today I’m showing you around my office at work. This is where I spent a large part of my weekdays and I’ve turned it into a place I really enjoy spending that time! If you need some new inspo for your workspace or just love being nosy like me, keep on reading!

Here’s a glance of how things look when you walk in – I think there are a million ways to have my desk set up, but this is the set up that is working best for me! I like being able to look out the window & hallway at the same time. The wall macrame is from TJ Maxx so I won’t be able to link that, but keep reading to see links to all of my desk accessories!

This is my ‘vision wall’ which is right next to the door when you walk in. I can look over at it during any point of the day when sitting at my desk. I love being able to see pictures of friends and family during the workday alongside motivational quotes. I also have a printed calendar of what’s going on at work for the month right beside a dry erase calendar where I can mark off who’s out of town on which day and stuff like that!

I also have this storage cabinet which holds my Keurig on top and coffee, coffee supplies, and miscellaneous office supplies inside.

Next to my vision wall is my giant dry erase annual calendar. We found this idea on Pinterest or a YouTube tutorial… can’t remember exactly. It’s a DIY calendar made up of dry erase board from Home Depot & black tape to mark off the different squares. I LOVE this calendar because I can keep track of things with a birds eye view on a monthly and quarterly basis. (Sorry everything is blurred but can’t give away my plans!! ;))

Here is a look at where I’m at for the majority of the day. I’ve got quite the set up and I love it!! Here’s what I have on my desk with links:

Here’s a view of what the other side looks like when I’m sitting at my desk! I’ve got 2 windows that can open up even more which is so nice! My old office didn’t have any windows so I looooove having these. I’ve got an extra chair that isn’t the cutest so I threw a blanket over top from Pier 1 (RIP). I’ve also got this rolling cart where I keep my bag and some other random things. To the right in this photo is a fan because this office gets so hot in the afternoon here in South Florida!

Thank you for reading, I hope you enjoyed my office tour! I have found that after making this space the kind of environment I want to be around, it helps with spending so much time at my day job! Whether you are working from home or in a different kind of space, find a way to make it yours!
